Terms and Conditions

By registering for and attending the Radiology Conference, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration and Payment
All participants must complete the registration process and submit the full payment prior to the event.
The registration fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference or opt for virtual participation.
Any additional expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the attendee and are not included in the registration fee.
2. Virtual Access
For virtual attendees, access credentials to the online platform will be provided prior to the conference. Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity and the required technology.
Conference content and login details are intended exclusively for registered participants. Sharing access with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited.
3. Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend, you may nominate a substitute participant, provided this is communicated and approved at least 45 days before the conference.
4. Program Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speaker substitutions, session adjustments, or cancellations, if necessary.
5. Intellectual Property
All presentations, abstracts, and conference materials are the intellectual property of the organizers or respective presenters.
Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written approval from the organizers or presenters.
6. Photography and Recording
By attending the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or live-streamed. Such media may be used by the organizers for promotional and educational purposes.
Participants are not permitted to record, photograph, or broadcast conference content without prior authorization.
7. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and respect throughout the conference.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access and remove individuals violating this policy.
8. Liability
The organizers are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or damage incurred during participation, whether onsite or virtually.
9. Force Majeure
The organizers are not liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
