Presentation Participation Fee
After registering your presentation, the Participation Fee is required. Your presentation will be included in the official event program only after successful payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive your Presentation Acceptance Letter.
Visa Invitation – Mandatory Fee (For International Participants)
Participants traveling from outside the UAE are required to pay a mandatory fee for processing and issuing the official UAE visa invitation letter. The letter will include your passport and travel details to support timely visa processing.
DTCM permission will be applied on your behalf.

Double Occupancy – £300
Recommended for participants traveling with a co-presenter, colleague, or companion. Accommodates two guests in one room.
Triple Occupancy – £450
